It really feels like getting an anchor hucked at your face would be blunt force trauma instead of something that'd cause cuts, imagine getting a fracture from this thing. +1 to the idea.

Glancing blows seems to imply it only works on Basic attacks Snake, which evasion does not already, it covers both bases.

My only concern, as Chaos has brought up is dodge tanks, is there much way to circumvent this at all? Otherwise it sounds like a great way to buff up evade a little bit. Unbonded youkai gain bonus momentum from fast offense as long as you have one bonded youkai, to replicate this: Have 1 bonded youkai have 2 other unbonded youkai 1.) Activate Fast Offense 2.) Summon an unbonded youkai, unbonded youkai will have 8 momentum, as if you were summoning your bonded youkai.

Skip can be combated back with Skip tbf, I'd very much like it to be decided by base CEL, I think that's a good way to go.
