Could be caused by the dense tile bug, so wait until the update to see if it still occurs. If it does any information on it would be helpful. (Who's in the battle, what is the battle map terrain theme, etc.)

Bombs don't ignore evasion. Evasion only applies to skill damage.

This is intended, it only applies to the basic attack of the weapon itself, so even if you have two, the discount is the same.

The selective overwriting is a flag that has to be enabled; I've enabled it for Roar.

I made Worg Pelt a cloth material.

Yes, it should be normal for it to behave this way; I believe status effects are treated as enchant effects.
