[v2.0.1b] Sagum Ruinam Range

Sagum Ruinam only has 7 range, instead of 8. To replicate, count the tiles of the effect -- note that in the below example using the ability did NOT hurt the Jammer. Therefore, it doesn't have 'phantom range' like Wretched Oil.

I'm of the opinion reductions are fine in their current iteration (as additive). Even in the event there existed enough in the future to stack them, combining Acid Rain, Fray, Rampaging, etc, etc, is still less effective than simply using buster cannon.

I believe every single instance of additive damage reduction should be changed to multiplicative, to avoid exponential scaling of their bonuses from getting out of hand. Black Bolt certainly needs a cooldown, since you can get enough Dark Attack to max out Void Energy with one gate's frayed projectile. Removing Unmarkable, and leaving this skill without a cooldown, provides an infliction-free permanent Silence.
