While I do like most of the scaling changes, I think a lot of these weapons will still be underused due to either no effects or lackluster effects. (But hey, that's what potential skills are for.) I agree that the Shine Sword's scalings make it hard to build for due to needing a large amount of STR, WIL and FAI. It seems that sometimes the tutorial jammer starts with 10 Armor instead of 0. (You can tell this by examining it's profile and clicking on where battle tab would be and well, only doing single digit physical damage to it.)
