For future reference, bugs like these can be PM'd to Neus (dev) on the forums in standard bug report fashion if they're of such a game-breaking severity as depicted in this thread.

No, and I haven't noticed any correlations when this occurs, as it happens fairly infrequently (the raid AND this bug, partially due to how infrequently the raid is spawned).

Like it or not, GMs have the final say in situations of conflict between players. Someone has to, or we'd get nowhere. Removing Snake Dancer's ability to proc on basic attacks is hardly gutting it. It makes it make sense. In a time long past Mad Chop used to make a hit check for every hit it made, then evasion became a thing. Then people had to make two hit checks for each instance of Mad Chop. It's a race.

But yes, I assumed that much given how many races Ocean combines, hence the suggestion if it wasn't already the case with the Ghost race.

With the addition of several (as far as I'm aware) race types in enemies, can we get a few more options for Fated Enemy, so that we can have at least one applicable type per mob? Off the top of my head, there's Ghost (Darkwood Manor mobs) and the new Iceblood race (Ice Cavern mobs). Ghost and Undead...
