Preoridinance should give messages predicting these things it would be really cool and interesting i.e. they know what color Iahsus will be before it happens and predicting black beast events. The cons outweigh the pros by a long shot. It's not really worth it imo this seems more like a debuff than a rework. Since it doesn't do anything on its own it'd be interesting if upon hearing the choice of word Madness Mantra alone increased Matador's rage perhaps by half the regular percentage so 15% triggering only once per round.

I declined about 2-3 times now I lost count honestly. How am I not the determined factor? It's my idea lol???????? Like I said if you want an axe skill make your own and suggest it. This is for swords and polearms.

There is. Axes have a ghost skill already solely for axes with it's own special effect/hit buff which even ties into another ghost axe skill... why do they need further augmentation when they aren't the ones lacking.
