No but it gives no value to bursting a team member down past the healer (where in most healers build tanky anyway), a 50% healing reduction doesn't stop someone from recovering completely it merely slows it down, this sort of thing isn't new to team fighting, we've had this problem for years now, no...

Sustain is still an extremely annoying tactic in any fight, and KO should not be able to be recovered from as easily as it is now, I think that Badly Beaten should incur a 50% healing penalty on the sufferer of the status. Exactly, it'd turn very quickly into a battle that just won't stop ever, at the very least to its credit it'd be far more realistic when 20 people are in town wanting to beat up someone for causing trouble.

Ultimately it might be a better change than changing flee to only work when you haven't taken an action in the same turn, sure.

So long as this doesn't make it so people can tag into a fight, that'd be the opposite of making fights faster.

Why not 15% Hit and 15% Critical at max rank? It sure would make it rival Kensei in terms of hitting. We'll have to see when the trait rework comes out whether or not Exceptional Health is getting removed or not, it may just make up for the difference, still, 2 or 3 per level would give quite a considerable sum, and thats fine.
