The cap on Narcus was removed quite a while ago, meaning there is no cap as long as the player has low defenses and high HP.

Cobra's snake dancer will attempt to evade Poison or burn at the start of each round, something that should be inflicted gradually and not be evaded completely. It seems that Ghostwind will apply claret call to unmarkable targets.
it does allow constant EI spam, would suggest fixing this.

Alright lets seriously talk about Evasion, too good for just a base class skill? seems like it does too much for 5 skill points and just building dodgy, lets discuss.

I want to differ on that, Im wondering if its magic damage that targets physical defense. because I took these screenshots using Tilde and then Rave while in Reaver stance, meaning Rave's damage was cut by 25% both times. The first target I hit with Elemental Rave took about 15 per slash, they had 3...

About Elemental Rave

It seems to say it does magic damage, yet it bases your damage off of your opponent's defense, not resistance, it doesn't seem like a bug but I'm wondering if that was intentional or not.

I can confirm that Chaser, Mad chop, Turnover were all ignoring defense, changing from Demon hunter to Black knight did not really help this either, also apparently enemies can also ignore defense and resistance with certain skills.
