[Rumors] Recent Kidnappings

As of recent, word on the street claims that people have been occasionally disappearing from the face of Sigrogana, never to be seen again. Some of the Cellsvich citizens seem to be unsettled by these rumors, a few of them going as far as to decide that they shouldn't come out of their houses unless it's an emergency.

Additionally, some people say that the Cellsvich square had been visited by five of the victims, cursed with some kind of dark spell and screaming. Odd.
