So, there are some dungeons with convoluted to reach shards! It'd be great if we had a means of knowing how many shards are left! And this transaction to unlock it could use something rare-ish like planetarium! Or what have you. It could even have a second tier upgrade to tell you when overworld map tiles have shards! Just something as a newer player I wish was there.
Checking upgrades that requires shards tells you how many you have of each, doesn't it?
From what I understood, the intention was that when you enter a dungeon, it advises how many shards you still have left to collect (with the second tier upgrading such to also apply to the overworld map).
I’d love this, personally.
This would be a massive boon. The shard collection hunt is mostly something you abandon after getting all the obvious ones with an initial sweep, because unless you have a map of every single shard, it's going to be a massive pain to look for the last ones you missed
