Chained Boomerang seems to be proccing the ON CRIT effect of Electric Axe, despite it saying that it doesn't.

Are you sure you're talking about Chained Boomerang?


Chained Whirlwind is the one that states it doesn't trigger on-hit/on-crit effects. Cause its an AoE low attack mostly.
