I swear, I must have accidently ended my turn prematurely in lag a hundred times.

How about, when we click end turn, there is a 1-square tile on us, (like when guarding) that lets us A) confirm we want to end turn, and B) Pick the direction to face.

I don't mind this being added, I'm pretty sure we've all had misclicks every now and then..

I could add a preference for this sort of thing.

Please make it a preference, yes. I do not want this, but I understand why others do.

This will be a setting in the upcoming update.
