1) Mad chop
can this be an auto hit again reasons
a) damage is mediocre now
b) rapid kick has it
c) the spear move still has it

2)Sweeper axe
Can we get this to modifiy all skills done with it??

can this get better scaling

Maaaaan,If my sweeper axe hit 3 tiles with madchop even I'D be calling for a nerf,since you can get a sweeper up to like 41 weapon power with the right parts/enchant/upgrades/Ring of Thorns.

Ring of Thorns don't add to actual weapon power, it just adds extra damage tacked onto basic attacks. It might apply to Madchop tho
