How are Swift augmented skills affected by critical chance?

Do weapon skills use weapon critical, and the expertise for that weapon?

Do axe skills benefit from Berserker Shell?

Fitting Form? Keyshot? Sakki? Backstab? Northern Wind? Veil Off? Serpent Strikes? Poise? Sarasha Gi?

It checks your basic critical rate and any bonuses received by things like Highwrath, and the target's critical evade, but doesn't take any weapon into account. So you won't benefit from weapon critical, or any skills or item effects that only apply to certain weapon types.
