So. Excel Weaponry can be pre-charged (to rather ridiculous amounts of duration). Also going into a fight with a pre-charged weapon without having to spend the 9-10 momentum to charge up your one-hit-death-strike against tanks is kind of silly. It's like Ice Point Greaves or Ice Point Guard carrying over (or the arrows for that matter). When a new spar starts, you really shouldn't be able to carry something over to it that you did in a jammer cavern the moment you logged in. It's kind of ridiculous.
So how about Arrows, Excel Charges, IPGreaves/IPGuard, all drop away and have to be rebuilt back-up/rebuffed?
It's silly that some status effects get this treatment, but not others.
