Let's make Overload's rank actually matter instead of it having it be insta-kill switch for 1 SP. I mean, until Dev changes it to be better made.

Rank 1-2 = 1 extra damage per extra stat.
Rank 3-4 = 2 extra damage per extra stat.
Rank 5 = 3 extra damage per extra stat.

Since you know. That's fair and balanced. (probably could do the same to Isenshi for the 1.5x to be (RANK*10%) extra damage in the point blank)
