A pink slip of paper is thumb-tacked to the board. Cartoon-y red hearts border the edges. The text, written in black glitter pen, is the center piece of the paper. On the bottom right edge of the flyer paper is a small blue button, that doesn't seem to actually be attached to anything.

The note reads:

By filling out the eight sheets given to you by pressing the button on the slip, you will be registered into the matching system with other singles around the world!
