Blazing Shinken's cinder tiles used to scale off 50% STR, but now their damage is pretty minimal regardless of STR or Fire ATK. Is this intentional?

The damage seems to be static almost the entire time.

With 42 STR / Fire ATK:

M.TYPE - STANDARD Arena Combatant takes 5 Fire damage.
M.TYPE - STANDARD Arena Combatant takes 5 Fire damage.
M.TYPE - STANDARD Arena Combatant takes 5 Fire damage.
M.TYPE - STANDARD Arena Combatant takes 5 Fire damage.
This was changed a while back, and even changed again during great reckoning, Dev says cinder tiles are supposed to use 30% of your fire ATK, 30% of 42 is about 12, and most arena combatants have 40-45 defense, reducing that to about 7 or 8 per tile, it sounds rather standard to me but also the numbers seem a bit off.
Mechanations have fire and ice resistance.

Arena combatants do not have racial passives.
Compared to Blazing Crystal Rose, Blazing Shinken's cinders are pretty trash.

Blazing Crystal Rose seems to be using 100% Fire ATK on cinders.
It was doing Cinders equal to the bonus damage, IE Rank * 2. I changed it to 100% Fire ATK.
