Take Prisoner doesn't seem to really grant the Capture Skill. Not at Rank 1, at least. And from what Donal said, I'd assume that it doesn't give it at any ranks.

I can confirm having max rank of Take Prisoner doesn't give the skill either.

This is corrected in 1.61g.
