Can Blind cleanse enemy Geist Schritt?

Can the enemy be unable to get the Geist Schritt buff while Blinded? Or atleast become unable to nullify the attack (but still dash forward, if they have Blind Fighting on)?

They shouldn't be able to counter things if they can't like uh, see, to confirm if the attack they're trying to counter is really what they guessed, right? It also gives some counterplay to their gimmick. (And even inflicting Blind will be a hassle because of Geist Schritt Zwei, so it's all okay.)

I'm all for this.

Geist isn't Cobra, and arbitrarily assigning hard counters just makes tweaking this skill later more annoying. Universally applicable ways of peeling power from the skill, like cooldowns, are preferable in my opinion.
