When casting Vydel, the second use (to finish casting it) will consume 6m, rather than 3m. The tool tip will still say 3m, and it can be used with less than 6m, consuming all remaining momentum instead. It works correctly if High Speed Divine Words is active, only consuming 3m (or potentially 4m if used on same turn as first use, per normal).

I've tested this with Intensify Cold, Overload, Isenshi, Spirit Pain, Earthbound Fog, and Enma's Summons and none of them are affected by this bug. I've also had someone else test Vydel and they were able to confirm the bug.
I believe this was fixed.
Unfortunately, the bug still seems to be occurring consistently.
Steps to reproduce?
Cast Vydel without High Speed Divine Words. Have 6+ momentum for the second use while incanting. In case I'm being unclear, here's screenshots of the issue.

While incanting:

I should have 4m left, but end up with only 1m remaining.
This has been corrected.
