There's an exploit where one could use equipment and enchants to push their Skill Stat Points just high enough to gain an extra Skill Equip Slot; equip the extra skill, then remove that piece of equipment to keep the skill equipped:

This also happens with base class points, when you swap classes sometimes you gain +1 Skill Pool slot, and lose it. Possibly WIL or SKI being pushed over the 10/5 condition to add another slot.

Idk if this is really a 'bug', just a small exploit.
