I think he said about a week ago that it would be sometime this week? I'm not sure.
I'm maybe half way through mapping the exterior. Then I have to map the interiors. Already finished the NPCs more or less, however.
There may be a follow-up update for it as well. I don't know when it'll be out but hopefully sometime later this week.
