Lucky Amulet's effect does not proc, or activate whenever a Rymei critically hits you, even though it says it reduces critical damage to you by 25%

Not a bug; lightning criticals aren't critical hits in the traditional sense, which is why things like Rogue Work Gloves don't increase the damage either.
