exactly what it says on tin, because why not?
I could see something like this added. At the moment some requirements are no-brainers, but others not as obvious. A lot of the time the only way I unlock them is using the wiki. It'd be neat for some little in-game way to be clued in on how to unlock a class.
Firebird:Soar through the skies over and over.
Ghost: A true ghost can flirt with death and survive.
Kensei: A true swordmaster needs no armor, just his katana.
Bonder: show your youkai the true power of friendship.
Grand Summoner: There is strength in numbers on the battlefield.
Black Knight: Travel the path of a chataran knight.
Demon Hunter: Survive a hot date in a fiery grave.
Tactician: A tactical use of a casting tool.
Lantern Bearer: Show your mastery of the curate's ways.
Priest: You must prove your devotion to the gods.
Evoker: Armor can distract from casting.
Hexer: Wielding a cursed tool you deny the use of armor.
Monk: you start your match with deep breathing exercises.
Verglas: You know how to kick it in all kinds of ways.
Boxer: The sign of a boxer is his gloves.
Engineer: A tool doubling as a weapon is thinking outside the box.
Spellthief: Casters are easily stolen from.
Void Assassin: teleportation relates one with the void.
Arbalest:An alternate weapon helps fight when too close to shoot
Ranger:Not too light not too heavy this armor fits just right.
Magic Gunner: part time magery keeps the focus flowing.

My attempt at looking cool.
This idea actually seems reasonably helpful though there does come the question of "Is looking at the wiki page so hard?". That said +1 from me.

My attempt, just wish I remembered priest and LB.

Might as well add this here as well despite it being off topic.
Lantern Bearer: Just have Curate Level 20 and win a fight.
Priest: A priests devotion is where it's at. (5 points into the Devotion talent)
Quote:Firebird: A skilled warrior of the skies needs no ground to stand upon.
Ghost: Even death cannot claim you yet.
Kensei: The only thing you can trust is your pure skill with a katana.

Bonder: The ties of kinship ally your spirit with your body.
Grand Summoner: A hail of starfire comes with the storm of the summoned.

Black Knight: Tread upon the ground as a true knight.
Demon Hunter: Sometimes, those that are enraged need warmth to cool off.
Tactician: A man of war cannot forget their study.

Lantern Bearer: Even the devout must rely on magic study.
Priest: Faith alone will carry you to the favor of the White Lady.

Evoker: Unyielding arcane force weighs far more than paltry armor.
Hexer: Those who wield the accursed are said to be powered by it.

Monk: Before the chaos of battle, an inner reflection can unlock true strength.
Verglas: Basic or not, you'll need to perfect your kicking technique.
Boxer: A ring fighter's gloves carry him to victory.

Engineer: Sometimes, a weapon can be fetched from the toolbox.
Spellthief: Those arrogant mages think that their magic is just theirs.
Void Assassin: Sometimes, you will need to blink. Then, you see truth.

Arbalest: Bows need arrows, but cannons can take much larger projectiles.
Ranger: A perfect balance of defense and flexibility aids a versatile ranged fighter.
Magic Gunner: The flow of magic supplements your weapon's utility.

My personal take on this concept.
