Feedback is more than welcome! I was never terribly good at spritework but the lack of traditional Japanese equipment surprised me, and seemed like a fun project.

This was my reference material.


The DMI files are attached, alongside colored variants of the helmet. I know there's a precedent for recolored clones in the character creator, so I figured why not.

I couldn't attach more than three files, so I'm forced to upload the fourth on a new reply. A green helmet variant to go with the blue and red.

Thanks much for the submission. If someone wants to convert these to a DMI for me, that'd be great, otherwise I'll get around to it.

Here you go, I accidentally uploaded the .png files instead of the DMI ones. Unfortunately, I hadn't translated the blue and green kabuto to DMI.

Two late medieval helmets attached within a .zip file.
Fixed a minor color discrepancy in the houndskull bascinet after uploading the .gif file, so the actual product is slightly different from these previews.
