So, i ascended both Byakko and Seiryuu after hours and hours and HOUR of painful grinding... And now I am unable to summon either one, autosummon works to summon them, have yet to see if their seal skills work when autosummoned to a side yet.

I think I found the source of this issue, and it should be corrected next update. In theory, relogging should fix this issue, and it should only happen after you ascend them without relogging.
