Sea Stride currently does not cause your character to ignore vines (from vine trap, etc.) Walking through them with it on still resulted in movement being halved.
Could you elaborate on what you think the bug is here? Because vines don't do that.
If you set down a bunch of vines (I.E Entangle Trap) and try to walk through them with normal movement (I.E 7 tiles) you will stop movement halfway through just like with ice sheets.

If that's not intentional then the bug is probably Vine tiles working that way, rather than Sea Stride in the end...
This has been corrected.
