At the moment it seems Cobra will put you back into the attack and force you to go through another damage check...Over and over until you either take damage or step out of the attack.

Turn on Cobra
Use something like black bubble but center it on the Cobra victim.
Watch as they dodge until they step out of it or take damage.

I've changed it to work just like Flottement (where it will only move you after skills finish).
