Considering it's a Priest spell, why wouldn't it?

Well, is Healer's Legacy supposed to apply? People were confusing me with the information they were giving me so I completely forgot God Rod applied to all Priest and Curate spells.

It isn't and doesn't, as far as I'm aware.

The Healer's Legacy from Elves is applying to Gentle Torrent.

What makes you think it is?
