Volley Formation currently removes all other formations the owner placed when cast.
I'm honestly not sure which is the bug, Volley Formation removing other formations or the fact no other formation currently removes other formations when placed.

Steps to replicate:
1. Use any other formation other than Volley Formation. (repeat if desired)
2. Use Volley Formation.
3. Any other formations will be removed when Volley Formation is placed.
