Nemalyth's Restoration is supposed to be usable x number of times per in-game day, according to its description and when you select 'Heal' from Nemalyth's menu. This is not the case, and it instead resets only on server reboot, even though expected behavior would be resetting either after 24 in-game hours, or at midnight like most other daily checks.
