Can Blind cleanse enemy Geist Schritt?
Can the enemy be unable to get the Geist Schritt buff while Blinded? Or atleast become unable to nullify the attack (but still dash forward, if they have Blind Fighting on)?
They shouldn't be able to counter things if they can't like uh, see, to confirm if the attack they're trying to counter is really what they guessed, right? It also gives some counterplay to their gimmick. (And even inflicting Blind will be a hassle because of Geist Schritt Zwei, so it's all okay.)

About explaining things to new players. |

No, this isn't another thread about "Guys, please don't be dicks when it comes to people building suboptimally" or whatever. I promise, this is something else, and I come to you not on a high horse, but nibbling on humble pie.
Let's get some ketchup for my harshbrowns, here: I'm the kind of guy who gets bitter and irate and basically becomes a jerk (despite my best efforts to avoid this, some things outside of SL2 get to me and then I come to SL2/ the forums with pent up frustration and am not as level headed as I'd like. Honestly, I'm ashamed of that. Thing is, RP is my escapism, it calms me down.) and as such, I generally tend to shy away from explaining the rules to new players who break them, lest I end up driving them away from the game.
Discussing classes and skills is one thing, but when it comes to "Um, this is an RP game, please stop using the IC chat for saying OOC things" I'm just not comfortable being the one to speak up, because I've seen people like Naruko. I basically try to hint by replying to them in LOOC or whatnot, but when they don't grasp it....
This exact scenario is something I've been seeing a few times, lately, and I was basically hoping to get some opinions on how to best address the situation. I don't want to be rude - and I KNOW I can be a very rude person - so I thought I'd weigh in with some of you on the best ways to go about this. I mean, demanding "Follow the rules or suffer the consequences" is a last resort to be used by GMs, not the first line of defense. There has to be a more convenient way of convincing people, right?
Here's an example of what I mean. This is paraphrased from an actual conversation less than 24 hours ago. I remember the name of character C, if GMs need to know. Character A is my recently unretired phenex, Character B is someone who seems to be trying their hand at RP at the very least, and Character C is... well, character C.
*I see the two walking by. They see me. They get into a fight. I spectate.*
Character B: invite them, they is phenix and can revive us.
Character C: Okay.
*I realize they're likely new so join up to answer questions and offer guidance. After a short while...*
Character B: so wat shall i call you then i mean you have a name right
Character A: I usually go by "Summer" if you wanted to stop calling me "The Phenex."
Character C: Just in case you didn't see it at the top of the screen, I'm _______. Not really into the whole roleplay thing though.
Local OOC Character A: If you're not saying things in-character, this is the ideal solution. Say and Emote are for roleplay.
Character C: Whatever.
Let's be honest, I just don't know what to do in this scenario that isn't either dickish or going to a GM. Just call me Biggus Dickus Errectus, because all I can do is slap people in the face and make a big mess. Except I choose not to because it's not worth the jail time. Dick jokes aside, is there anything more I can do in this kind of situation?

This skill is insanely underwhelming, with extremely low damage and next to no utility. Compared to Terra Strike, it does less, doesn't destroy tiles, and won't hit multiple enemies with the ranged dragon component. Can we possibly see a higher damage scaling, and an additional effect unique to the skill?
For easy reference, here's a side by side comparison with the advantages of Terra Strike bolded:
Dragon Gale:
20-24 FP
80% - 120% SWA in Melee, 100% Wind ATK at range to 1 target.
Range extends by 1 per 3 Ki, up to 6 total range.
Costs 2 Ki per tile of range.
Terra Strike:
20-24 FP
90-130% SWA in Melee, 100% Earth ATK at range to as many targets as the projectile travels through.
Destroys Tiles
Lowers movement of targets in melee range by 3.
Range extends by 1 per 3 Ki, up to a maximum of 10 range.
Costs 1 Ki per tile of range.
This skill needs some love. It's big brother counterpart scales off a defensive stat, does more damage, has more range, costs less Ki, and has an effect. I'd like to see it get its own unique style, too.

Ki Awoken raises ALL stats by 10. INCLUDING Vitality, which is a stat generally untouched by many effects that boost most stats, such as Installs.
This has a rather large impact on max HP on characters who don't already have very high vit, and sees you taking especially nasty percentage-based damage almost immediately after use, further compounded by the fact that you're not even already close to max.
To give you an idea, I have a level 45 monk with about 300 HP. With Ki Awoken, that number increases to 400. This means taking 20 damage on turn 1, 40 damage on turn 2, 80 damage on turn 3, 160 on turn 4, 320 on turn 5, etc, instead of 15/30/60/120/240, while simultaneously ensuring that they have a much lower percentage of max HP available to them (75% vs 100%) for scenarios in which your HP percentage matters (Ghost, Execute, etc)
Overall, I think the skill is basically fine, balanced out by an activation time (3m prevents you from just toggling it off and back on for free to reset the upkeep, unless you want to devote 3m to it) and a large HP upkeep, but this one aspect of the skill does bother me more than it probably should, considering that heals tend to suck right now unless they're magical or percentage based like Prescription Hi Potions, so it's not like recuperating that extra HP loss is something you can realistically expect to do in a large number of scenarios - running away to Meditate in your average PVE fight is one thing, but not a reliable option in many PVP scenarios or against bosses with Rampage.
I was basically wondering if I was alone in thinking that maybe Vit shouldn't be touched by it. (Or maybe another skill to sink a point into to toggle if it adds to Vitality and Sanctity, because of corrupted actually getting penalties from sanctity.)

Blazing Turnover = 1 range circle of Cinders LV (25% Fire ATK) around the enemy's landing spot.
--If you slam the enemy against Cinders, it will activate the cinder's effects, dealing damage.
Freezing Turnover = 1 range circle of Ice Tiles.
--If you slam the enemy against Ice Tiles, destroys all Ice Tiles around a 3x3 circle where the enemy lands, but inflicts immobilize on them for 2 rounds.
Quaking Turnover = Break any special tiles where the enemy lands.
--If you use Turnover with 6 or more Momentum, you knock the enemy down.
Raging Turnover = Knock the enemy back by 4 tiles.
--If they hit against anything while being knocked back (walls, rocks, etc.), it will knock them down on impact.
Swift Turnover = Increase animation speed, reduce Momentum used for Turnover by 2. (Making it cost 1M)
--Reduces the Turnover's damage by 50% but can critically hit, dealing full damage if so.
