BK, Demon Hunter, Ghost, Kensei all are nice 2h main classes, some unique subclasses include:
Monk/Boxer/Verglas with mixed martial arts, you can 2h a sword/axe/spear and also use a fist weapon (bare fists)
Engineer can provide good support with no need for much scaling, spellthief provides utility, Bonder usually is nice for people focused on their own combat, but also can have youkai participate to help them out.
