Oh a Random thought that just popped up.

Since Holding back shouldn´t nag away all your Focus. What if we half skill FP costs while in tekagen, aswell? That might be able to compensate for the loss of FP you have from it, even if just slightly.

I'd have the skill lower combat stats instead of actual stats in order to prevent cheesing with double turning, and for your HP/FP to stay in tact because of SAN/WIL

like for example, tekagen halves Scaled Weapon Attack, Critical Hit Rate, Hit Rate, Evade, Critical Evade, Physical DR, Magical DR, Status infliction, Status Resistance and critical damage.

Also fair. Only "issue" is than with elemental atks still being 100% of it´s power (The very few we have that scale mostly of your elemental atk, even if rare, but you know, Summoners)

It's a fluff passive skill. Dev's words. Why would he want to waste time with it when the skill was already a waste for Kensei?

He said it´s a flavour skill, not that it never should be used.

Flavor skill = Should never be used for a simple fact, Kensei doesn't spare points for fluff.

If a skill's exisrence is just to pad out the list for a class then it should be improved or removed.
