If you can replicate this reliably then give me a key/slot for testing. It'd also be helpful to know what classes you are.

I've switched builds since the post so I can longer test it on the character I was using that procced the bug but I was running VA/Ghost Innovator with a Mundane Hikage + Divine/Holy Tsukikage as my main hand and sub respectively. It would apply every time I swapped out my sub weapon at the time (I have sentimentality so I didn't want to reset it.)
