Mage (Fir, Vyd, Miu, Rye, Isendo, Stone Dragon, Explosion, Air Pressure, Famiuga) Rogue (Fire Trap, Ice Trap, Gust Trap, Steal) Curate (Graft, Holy Arrow, Kel, Solar Lance) Martial Artist (Peddling Wheel, Heaven Kick, Light Tomahawk, Meditate) Soldier (Shinken, Thousand Stab, Incise, Turnover, Roundtrip, Mad Chop, Retreating Swipe, Execute) - including changing to the new defense proc for multi-hits that pre-emptively applied it for cosmetic purposes Duelist (Crystal Rose, Cyclone Spear, Lance de Lion, Riposte) Archer (Starbow, Aerial Razor, Fortune Wind, Entangle Trap, Fire Arrows, Ice Arrows) Is the full list. Please check these for issues, verify the damage they deal is accurate, discuss if any of them deal too much/too little damage (with details), etc. Re: Great Reckoning Discussion - Autumn - 06-02-2016 Alright, descriptions, I'm not alone in saying that the sudden change in descriptions is unsettling, despite a slight bias against them I ask of you to revert them to normal, but I know that endeavor is fruitless, so I propose something else, instead, making them look a lot better than they do now, I've been photoshopping for at least 10 years now, it must be, so I have come up with a couple prototypes to the description layout in order to give it a bit more appeal..And I am likely to make more if you dislike them or cannot make them work in game, though I beg of you to try, descriptions are about 25% of discovering a character, 50% with the ooc notes and history if someone decides to fills those out. First and foremost, adding the ability to customize the background picture, it allows for making stuff such as this, it looks clean and very simple, the buttons are added above the window so that they do not get in the way, and the left side is left open for the player to play around with their picture a bit, overall I think this would be the best addition, but I get it, some people don't wanna just make big background type pictures for their profiles and would rather use the default system, well that's simple too by adding this whenever someone decides to add a picture themself. The window you had before, except repositioned a little bit, this would also give a simple, clean look. What do you think? I can upload a .psd if you'd like one of those too. It may be organized, but you can currently do all of that, AND MORE, with html in the current description style. Everyone can have their own unique profile, the way they like it... This new profile thing, just seems like it'll be putting everyone in the same box to look the same. In a RP game that's not a good thing. Maybe it could be a toggle option... Legacy Description.. He literally put in an auto-play music option for the new profiles. That's never really happened, but there was potential. Just use one of Spo's things. Worth a shot) Re: Great Reckoning Discussion - Maikito - 06-06-2016 As a person who's created many HTML-heavy description, I'll admit I'm a little saddened to see them go. However, I fully understand why Dev did what he did to the previous HTML profile layout. But, that doesn't mean the current one isn't without flaw either. I have a few suggestions that I feel would improve the new examine system's design and overall appeal. Please consider the following: 1)Allowing for the buttons within the profile to have multiple color schemes. Due to the fact that, not every image is going to match very well with the standard yellow/gold buttons you've set forth, and it would be nice to have a certain degree of individuality within the profiles. 2)Changing the Portrait dimensions. I think Spoops brought this up on OOC once on the beta server, or someone else did. But the fact of the matter is that the dimensions that you have set now are a bit odd as not all images can exactly work well within those particular parameters. Maybe making it a bit bigger or smaller would be nice, or being able to remove the portrait entirely so we can HTML the background into our images would be nice. 3)Offering alternative layouts. This would probably be more trouble than it's worth, but it'd be nice to once again have a little bit of that variety in the descriptions. If you're short on ideas, I'm sure the community would gladly submit several mock-up designs for possible layouts that you could create. Like perhaps adjusting the portrait to instead be of ""Landscape" resolution, and then having the buttons and description text being displaying below that.
