Let's get away from the dark topic that shown up lately but how about this simple change to traps in general? When you disarm a trap you earn some resource related to the trap that way people feel like trap disarming could be worth their time.

That'd be interesting as hell, and open up to let us get some specific things that are hard to drop. Curse traps dropping Zoas and Void Shards, Spike traps dropping Beast Fangs and Iron Thorns, etc.

look i just like to actually disarm curse traps so i don't lose 1 scaled in every stat


But seriously spike traps are a bad joke dealing -5- damage regardless of dungeon level so everyone just smashes their face into chests 95% of the time since curse traps are also negligible for the most part.

It'd be nice to be rewarded for it beyond the like, 100~ exp you get.

Spike traps should do 5% of your max HP for example or more, it would be fun to do that as annoying it would be. It would make the trap system better when you earn potential rare items from disarming and maybe some basic resources like paper or metal ore for the physical part of the traps.
