[v.2.74] Tundra Dungeon Designation - caliaca - 07-08-2023

This particular part of the ice dungeon does not count as a dungeon. You can see there's no info bar for the dungeon and you can't use an alga plume to get out of it. It's the bottom right part of the dungeon for reference.
EDIT: I am not able to replicate this.
