Ear Injuries - Rendar - 02-03-2024 Remove the "I lose out on the ability to hear says, even midfight" It's dumb. It means EMs that get with sound damage just. Lose access to RP mechanics. Especially if you don't have the patches to speed up the healing. Maybe have an option to disable it, or have the effect no longer trigger once an ear patch has been applied?
