Throne, despite saying that it immunes you to push and pull effects, does not do this.
Like, at all.
So far been moved via whirlpool, kick, roundtrip, and warding staff.

For posterity's sake, Bash and Kick did NOT work on the final hotfix (2.82 v5) on the test server.
So the change to try and fix pulls must've busted something, as pull effects were still working as of the final hotfix before live, where push effects were failing as expected.
