[2.83 v2] Shattering the Complex - Rendar - 02-19-2024
Unsure if this is actually a bug.. but two fold.
Unlike Hanging, Complex Shatter does not show you a 'hit forecast' at a distance.
Secondly, Complex Shatter takes the Longshot Penalty... which is 'whatever' if it isn't a bug.
