now that charge mind has been changed, i don't think it would be a problem for its projectiles to be eligible for void refraction, namely libgrande and wind slasher.
i'm not sure if vydel is a projectile, but if so, slap it in there too.

Wind Slasher, Libegrande, sure? Vydel? Tarnada says hi, also I don't think it'd be a good idea either to allow invocations, I don't know about that.
