[2.87v3] Set HP - Rendar - 06-16-2024

Enemies with Set HP values (Usually event mobs) are immune to the effects of Cursed Wound. They get the status, the status powers up.

It does not reduce their max HP.

Nothing that changes max HP will affect a mob with a set maximum HP. I'm not sure if I want to change it at the moment as it could be desirable in some instances to have a static HP value, but I'm not necessarily against changing it to replace the normal max HP base calculations (IE, VIT/STR and all that).
