[2.87 v3] Hot Lips and Fire Boost - ForgottenFate - 06-25-2024 Enemy Hot Lips are granting Fire Boost to their opponents, even on miss, without Confusion, etc. I'm not sure if this is intended but I'm pretty sure mobs don't intentionally help their opponents.
