Ambidexterity is not working for ranger spells at all.

Not technically a bug, as spells in general automatically use the cast tool with the highest SWA. Not entirely sure why it's like that truth be told, but it's an old quirk that isn't really that well documented.

Spells will try to use the strongest casting tool regardless of your ambidexterity setting.
