2.91v2 Wall AoEs - Rendar - 10-15-2024 AoEs from the Wall are, very much uh... Misleading in their size? Unless it can be shifted by one-or-two tiles. Something that should have hit a group of 4 enemies. Only hit 1, because the others were on the 'outer edge'. RE: 2.91v2 Wall AoEs - Neus - 10-21-2024 I'm not sure what you mean. RE: 2.91v2 Wall AoEs - Rendar - 10-21-2024 Burst ballistae and the healing AOE are not the same size as they display. Enemies or allies on the outer edges sometimes are not targeted despite them being in the area. RE: 2.91v2 Wall AoEs - Trexmaster - 10-21-2024 From my understanding and having used the ballista myself, I think they mean that the AoE from things like Bursting Shot won't target things sitting on the borders of the target area. For example: XXX <-------- these tiles might not actually hit enemies on them X X <--------- enemies in this space will get hit for sure XXX <-------- these tiles might not actually hit enemies on them I say 'might not' since I haven't extensively tested it but in all the cases I can recall if I put an enemy on the border of the AoE indicator they would not be hit, unlike how most AoEs display their range and will hit anything that is on the blue border squares. |
