Ranger is probably way too good of a toolbox caster right now and that mostly comes from its Annorum effects.
I propose that Annorum now stacks to and requires 12 stacks in order to active the secondary effects. This would make the annorum skill usage more valuable as well as limit the output of healing, CC, and utility that a spellcaster ranger can offer.
I also propose that spellshot sigil now grant 2 stacks of annorum instead of 1. Basic attack ranger isn't really going nuts right now, it's just caster ranger and this keeps them apace.

Please nuke Attune Grudge and give Amalgama confirmation buffs...

Indeed, the biggest offender is also annorum cherry blossom, which is crazy good in big fights like events

I agree that Ranger's a little overbuffed, it does hella good damage at really far range, with the best weapon in the game still available to them. It is by far the best caster class cause it has comparable if not more damage than most other spellcasters, while getting a matchup defining button every 2-3 rounds just like MG does.
OP also brings up a good point too, Attune Grudge vs Plants on a Cherry Blossom setup is SUPER annoying to deal with, while the plant tag applies to the character before damage goes out, I wouldn't attribute solely that to why its really annoying to play against, I feel like its supposed to set up for Forest Fiend's stun, but right now its just used to get really good DPS vs other players. I would chalk this up to Attune Grudge just being very unfair in general though, it has the same problems vs possessed people as well where you just get to win the fight because you deal +50% damage to everyone.
