For some reason, Radiant Solace, whether with Splendor or not, does not include Healers Legacy's Scaled SAN bonus in its calculation.

This is not a bug.

This has been fixed, I guess. It's applied at the end of the calculation for this skill so it doesn't get amplified by the enhancement bonus.
