Is Life Drain intended to recover more hp than the target actually has left?
I.E. draining a target with 400 max hp, and 20 hp left, for 40 hp, and recovering the full 40, despite only 20 actually being there -to- drain.

It's based on maximum HP, so yeah, I don't see why it wouldn't be intended.
